Once you have created a room and you have operator permissions in it you can chose the mod you want to play by pressing ctrl+m and change any gamerule you wish by clicking ctrl+g, you can also password lock the room so random players cant joint it.
Once you are done with the options click create, it will put you in a room with the name you chose, and will give you operator permissions, the mod will be aikido.tbm because its the default for multiplayer you can change it by pressing ctrl+m, for more information check the gamerules page.
